1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
- Return requests should be raised via email or WhatsApp with clear images of the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 7 days
- Items without original packaging
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the product at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping. In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
